Your Billing Staff

While your account will be the responsibility of one main billing account manager, West Gray Medical’s staff is cross trained to work as a cohesive team to enable prompt, professional custom services. Office policy requires a check and balance system to deter human error and miscalculation. All of our staff are proficient in our software and medical billing policies and are courteous and helpful to patients, insurance representatives, providers and provider’s office staff. We realize the importance of maintaining an up-to-date library of coding and reimbursement resources and strive to keep our staff educated in coding, billing, HIPAA, and other legal aspects of the medical billing arena.
