Our reports help providers keep current with their accounts and understand how those accounts are being managed. This is a list of all the cases/patients seen for the month with codes and charges billed.
Each time West Gray Medical makes a deposit of receipts into your bank account, we provide a report detailing the deposit.
Immediately after each month comes to a close, West Gray Medical provides a detailed, cumulative report of the activity for the month. Our staff also uses the End Of Month report as a audit tool for re-working older accounts receivable.
